We've now got a distracted while driving law...because so many people were caught texting and driving. So how is it that texting is declining??? It's been talked about many times and from multiple sources that text messaging is on the decline. There are multiple reasons for this, but the biggest one is Facebook. Facebook's Messenger is slowly but surely killing the text message. What do you think? Agree or Disagree? AND...Do you text more now than you did, say a couple years ago?

Should there be restrictions on the "All-you-can-eat" sign?

If the sign says “All you can Eat” then doesn’t that mean ALL YOU CAN EAT? I think so…but that’s just my opinion! What’s your take on this story:A man got upset that an all-you-can-eat fish fry didn't live up to its name. This man who is 6'6" and 350 lbs was at the all-you-can-eat fish fry last week - when the restaurant cut him off after he ate a dozen pieces. He asked for more…the restaurant refused, saying it was running out of fish and patience. So, they sent him on his way with another eight pieces! THAT wasn't good enough. He called the cops! And he will picket every Sunday until the restaurant rethinks what happened. The full story is HERE
If you disagree with this, then where are the restrictions in visible writing?!On that note...Who’s side are you on? The consumer's or the restaurant's?

Would you change your name?!

I came across this story last week…a 23 yr old dude from the states legally changed his name from Tyler Gold to Tyrannosaurus Rex Joseph Gold.
