After February 13th, 2012, an impartial panel of FRESH FM judges (the "Judges") will judge the eligible Submissions of the Finalists. The criteria that will be used by the Judges to determine the Grand Prize winner, in no particular order, includes creativity, originality, technical merit, and entertainment value. All criteria will be weighted equally. In the event of a tie, the entry with the highest score in entertainment value will be considered the potential winner. Odds of winning will depend on the caliber of each Finalist’s eligible Submission (but will be no worse than 1:25).
